InfoHoliday home has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The dining room accommodates an additional double bed (6 berth). Duvets, pillows and sheets are supplied. Fitted kitchen with gas cooker, grill, fridge, all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils supplied. Sanitary area with toilet, shower and wash basin. Dining area and sitting area complete with gas heater. Gas included in quoted rate and electricity is supplied by a €2 meter within the mobile home. VAT included in price.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. How do I reserve a holiday home? A. Please check with Cherry Tree Farm first for availability. For weekly bookings a deposit of €45 is required. Full payment being the total week/weeks cost of the mobile home is payable in cash on arrival, or by cheque eight weeks prior to arrival, your previous booking deposit of €45.00 is refunded to you after checking the holiday home on your date of departure.
Q. Does our booking deposit become our damage deposit during our stay?
A. Yes, that is correct your booking deposit is retained during the duration of your stay. This is refunded provided no damage has occurred to the mobile home or equipment during the rental period and your holiday home is left in a clean condition. Your holiday home will be checked before your departure.
Q. What time can we arrive to check into the holiday home?
A. Check in time is from 5pm onwards.
Q. What happens if we arrive later than 8pm on the first day of our stay?
A. If you expect to arrive later that 8pm, please let us know so that we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys. If you do not collect your keys by 8am on the day after your holiday was to start and you have not contacted us, we will treat your booking as cancelled.
Q. What time do we leave our accommodation on the last day of our holiday?
A. Please vacate your accommodation by 12pm on your day of departure to facilitate cleaning.
Q. What will I need to bring for my holiday?
A. We provide pillows, 1 double duvet and 2 single duvets, with all bed linen. If you require a double duvet for the pullout double, please inform us with your booking. Towels not supplied. Cots are available subject to availability, but you must bring your own bed linen etc. There is hot/cold water, cooker, grill, fridge, electricity, gas heating. We provide cooking items, cutlery, crockery, washing up materials and an electric kettle.
